A Taste of Mardi Gras
Mardi Gras, or “Fat Tuesday,” is the day before Ash Wednesday and the start of Lent. Traditionally, it’s a time to enjoy rich, flavorful foods before the season of fasting and reflection begins. Originating in France and brought to New Orleans by French colonists, Mardi Gras has grown into a full cultural celebration—parades, masks, music, and of course, incredible food.
At Toulouse, we’re honoring the tradition with three New Orleans-inspired specials, crafted for this festive day.
