At Toulouse, brunch is where the kitchen shines. It’s where you’ll find dishes we don’t serve every day—Eggs Benedict finished with house-made hollandaise, omelets layered with Sonoma goat cheese or three kinds of pork, and Belgian waffles served golden and ready for maple syrup and berries.
This year’s Father’s Day brunch features guest favorites including
