Mother’s Day is one of those days that calls for slowing down, ordering something you wouldn’t on a weekday, and staying a little longer at the table.
At Toulouse, brunch is where the kitchen stretches out. It’s where you’ll find dishes we don’t serve every day—Eggs Benedict finished with house-made hollandaise, omelets layered with Sonoma goat cheese or three kinds of pork, and Belgian waffles that arrive golden and ready for maple syrup and berries.
This year’s Mother’s Day brunch brings back guest favorites:
- Crab & Avocado Benedict with citrus-dill hollandaise
- Toulouse Eggs Benedict with tasso ham and spice
- Chicken & Waffles with hot honey
- Avocado Toast with poached eggs and toasted almonds
Alongside those, the full menu is in play—shrimp & grits, blackened salmon, New York steak, fresh salads, and a few indulgent desserts worth saving room for. Outdoor seating will be open, the energy will be high, and the kitchen will be doing what it does best.
